Now in its third generation of leadership, Botnick Realty Company has been a respected member of the Building and Real Estate industry for more than 70 years. We began as a custom home builder, grew into a large-scale “tract” builder during the ‘50’s and 60’s, and over the years have added commercial properties, condominiums, apartment developments, and property management to our single-family land development and homebuilding businesses.

If you live in Northeast Ohio, you may very well have lived in a Botnick-built home or multi-family property somewhere along the way. We built starter homes in Barberton, Stow, and Cuyahoga Falls. We virtually created the condominium concept in this area with Westwood Village, Hampton Ridge, Brookwood, and Silver Valley. We built major apartment properties, including Indian Valley (Kent), Highland Towers (Akron), and Hunters Lake (Cuyahoga Falls). And, we developed upscale residential communities such as Firestone Trace and Mayfair Estates.

Botnick Realty is led by Steve Botnick, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Ohio. With more than 30 years as a real estate professional, Steve brings to bear on any project a lifetime of experience in all aspects of real estate development, construction, and management.
