About Us

AT OUR CORE

Botnick helps people create homes by building and maintaining lasting relationships with homeowners, investors, partners, tenants, municipalities and other businesses.

BOTNICK BY THE DECADES

For four generations, The Botnicks have been building, selling, investing in and maintaining homes. We started in the 1940s and ‘50s as a scattered-site custom home builder, building tract homes after World War II for returning GIs and their families.

In the ‘60s, we began building multifamily dwellings, many of which remain in our portfolio today. We shifted our focus to building condos in the ‘70s and, as we moved into the ‘80s, we added commercial developments — both office and retail — to our portfolio as well as expanding into Georgia. Over the last 10 years, we have built a presence in Colorado, assembling a 600+ unit portfolio to establish a solid platform for future growth.

WHAT WE VALUE

We believe in running a successful business — without taking advantage of people. We are the major investor in all of our properties, so our interests converge with those of our partners. Foremost in our minds is the question,

“What is best for the long-term success of this property?”

A FAMILY COMPANY. A FAMILY MENTALITY.

Having long-term employees means a lot to us. It means stability and dependability. It means openness, trust and honesty. It means we work to take care of our employees the same way we take care of our tenants, the same way we take care of family. That way, people feel good about both working and living with us.
